Rebecca Bozarth of Southampton Township died this past Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was 68 years old. Rebecca was born on August 31, 1949, the oldest daughter of John and Mary Benzo, in Pittsburgh, PA. She was the daughter of a military family and lived in Italy, Panama, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, and New Jersey. She graduated in 1967 from Rancocas Valley Regional High School.

She was a Sunday school teacher, a girl scout leader, and a den mother. She was a long time parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Mount Holly. There she was a Eucharistic Minister who delivered Holy Communion every Saturday to patients at Virtua Hospital in Mount Holly. She also made rosaries and was a member of the Legion of Mary.

She was married for over 46 years to James C. Bozarth, Sr. Together they owned and operated Bozarth Maintenance, Inc. for over 22 years. She is survived by her husband and her three children: her son James C. Bozarth, Jr. and his wife Rebecca Ann Bozarth, her daughter Ginger Rebecca McFadden and her husband Cody McFadden, and her son Brett Bozarth and his wife Michele Fugate.

In accordance with Rebecca’s wishes, the memorial service will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at 3 International Drive, Suite 200, Rye Brook, NY 10573 or online at https://donate.lls.org/lls/donate or to the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 260 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060.
