Obituary for Norman F. Harper Sr.

Norman F.  Harper Sr.
Norman F. Harper, Sr. of Burlington Twp. passed away Tuesday February 13, 2018 at his residence. He was 74. Norman was born in Trenton, NJ and had been a longtime Mt. Holly resident, living in California for 22 years and most recently in Burlington Twp. the last 10 years. He was known as a jokester, you never knew what he would be up to any given day. Norman had a love for motorcycles in his younger years, as well as scuba diving. He also enjoyed doing Karate and he was an avid poker player.
He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Reamer in 1975 and his brothers and sister: Irving, Robert, Skip and Betty. Norman is survived by his children: Butch (Kim), Buffy, Dawn Haines and Gary Harper (Bev); 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother William Harper (Diane), sister Geraldine Odell (Dick); sisters-in-law: Eileen, Millie and Hilda Harper; and his lifelong good friend Dee.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday February 19, 2018 at 11AM at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, 317 High St., Mt. Holly. Relatives and Friends may visit with the family Monday morning from 10-11AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in the Mount Holly Cemetery.
