Condolence: SSgt Johnson (at the time) was my first supervisor out of tech school when I arrived to Germany. She was compassionate, stern, loving, and showed me to ropes on becoming a better airman. I have never forgot her and really am thankful that I got to know her in a personal and professional way. She was an awesome lady, wife, and mother. We will miss you, Ma'am....

Condolence: My deepest condolences goes out to Desiree's son, daughter and her family. I met Dez in 2003 when were deployed to Qatar AB and she was my NCOIC, she was a nurturer to the young airmen(all women) that worked for us and she was a force to be reckoned with when she had a point to make. We connected quickly and became tight as thieves, but as work would have it, our difference in how to discipline our airman when they failed to meet standards caused us to have heart burns with one another, but I always knew that you were one who stood by your principles and convictions and I could always respect that. I never got another opportunity after that to tell you how very proud of you I was but I ask God to pass this message to you. My heart is heavy at your transition, but I rejoice in knowing that you are resting peacefully in God's loving arms. Continue to R.I.E.L Dez, you will be missed.

Condolence: Tim Ayres God gave me two opportunities to be there for Desiree one at Ramstein and one here at Moron, and I am not sure I was there for her either time...but she never quit smiling, and was always happy, and I was going through two Teenage Daughters here in Spain... Desiree I know so many lives were touched by you, all over the World....When I told the Spanish guys back in Freight that you had passed it was like I hit them with a ball bat, you became friends with them and their families... Desiree if I failed somewhere in these years please forgive me...You were a blessing to Humanity....and such a blessing to anybody you ever met...
