Barbara E. Egenlauf of Southampton Twp. passed away Tuesday March 27,2018 at Virtua Hospital in the Samaritan Hospice Unit in Mt. Holly. She was 80. Barbara was born in Owensboro, Kentucky and had been a longtime resident of Pemberton Twp., before moving to Southampton. She had worked and retired after 25 years as a cottage supervisor at the New Lisbon Developmental in Woodland. Barbara enjoyed going to yard sales, playing bingo and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by 9 siblings and her grandson Joshua Palmer. Barbara is survived by 9 children: Timothy Snyder (Robert), Mary Elizabeth Palmer, William Palmer Jr., Donna Palmer (Tommy), Tina Denny (Paul), Charles David Palmer, Lawrence Palmer, Ann Wescoat and Jona Wray (Herbert); 24 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters: Mildred Stablehouse , Shirley Perkins and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday April 6th at 8PM at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, 317 High St., Mt. Holly. Relatives and Friends may call from 5-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Barbara to either
the Alzheimer’s Association, NATIONAL ALZHEIMER CENTER INC, 5901 PALISADE AVE RIVERDALE, NY or to the S.P.C.A. of Burlington County www.burlcospca.org Email condolences to the family at leefuneralservice.com Arrangements were made with Ed Kaelin III at the LEE FUENRAL HOME, Mt. Holly.
