Karen Womack of Lumberton, NJ entered eternal life on May 5, 2019 at the age of 52. Karen was born March 4, 1967 to the late George Gilbert Womack and Shirley Mae Allen in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Rancocas Valley Regional High School in 1985. Karen was loyal, caring and generous with a heart of gold. With her loving personality, positive energy and spirit she was always willing to help. Her beautiful smile and infectious laugh could light up any room. She was a natural leader with the kindest soul, making those around her so comfortable. She was great in every role she held but most recently worked as a Violations Clerk for Westampton Township. She loved her job and her "Work Family."Karen loved the Lord. She developed a strong faith in God and shared her beliefs with those around her. She enjoyed reading her bible and praying daily. She was baptized at Ocean Grove Beach of Ocean Grove, NJ on August 28, 2016. Karen loved her family. She was committed to keeping her family together and enjoying each other’s company. Karen is survived by her only child Kēvona M. Hawkins. Kevona was her greatest joy. Her face would light up anytime she spoke of her. She was so proud to be her mommy. She leaves to cherish her memory three sisters and two brothers; Gaynell Womack, Mae D. Womack, Jefferson C. Womack, Steven T. Womack and Kimberly Womack; niece Larece E. Burney; great nieces, Leyana A. Vaughn, Destani A. Burney, Amerie D. Winder; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Her brother George G. Womack Jr. preceded her in death.Karen will be always loved, never forgotten and forever missed. A Celebration of her Life will be privately held at the convenience of the family.
