Obituary for Shawn McCleery
Shawn McCleery of Southampton passed away Tuesday February 4, 2020 at the VA Hospital in Philadelphia. He was 53. Shawn was born in Mt. Holly, NJ and had been a longtime resident of Burlington County. He was a US Army Veteran. Shawn enjoyed boating, hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father Henry McCleery. Shawn is survived by his mother Mary McCleery; his children: McGill Jackson, Shawn McCleery Jr., Paige McCleery and Ireland McCleery; his granddaughter Maya; and his companion Dana Perez. He is also survived by his brothers: Hank McCleery Jr. (Tammi) and Marcus McCleery (Liz); and his ex wife Linda McCleery.
A Memorial Service will be held on 2/16/2020 at 2:00 PM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 910 Marne Hwy, Hainesport, NJ 08036. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Shawn to Deborah Heart and Lung Center. Email condolences to the family at leefuneralservice.com.
