Obituary for Barbara Morse (Howarth)

Barbara Ann (Howarth) Morse, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother of Mount Holly New
Jersey, passed away on Friday June 10, 2022, at Virtua Vorhees Hospital surrounded by her
loving family.

She was born in 1943, to Alexander Howarth and Rose Camillo Howarth in Trenton, New
Jersey. Barbara attended elementary and secondary education at Sacred Heart School in Mt.
Holly and was in the first graduating class of Holy Cross High School (Holy Cross Academy) in
Delran. She worked at Burlington County Memorial Hospital and two engineering firms in
Lumberton and Burlington for more than two decades. Once retired she began to enjoy time with
her grandchildren, family and friends.

She is survived by her loving daughter Anne (Passarelli) Harrison, wife of Paul Vasapollo. Son,
Robert Passarelli, husband of Meghan Anne Becker-Passarelli, and stepdaughter, Lisa (Morse)
DiStefano, wife of Jeffrey DiStefano

Barbara is also survived by five grandchildren, Chandler Becker, Summer DiStefano, Isabella
Passarelli, Alexander Passarelli, and Sarah Harrison, whom she loved dearly with all her heart.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded by her beloved husband, Gerald Morse, her two
brothers Richard Howarth and David Howarth, and her stepson, Shawn Morse.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation 8:30-9:30am Monday June 20, 2022, at the Lee
Funeral Home, 317 High Street, Mt. Holly, NJ. Prayer services will be performed at the funeral
home from 9:30-10am. Interment will follow for family members at the Veterans Cemetery
following the visitation services.

In remembrance of Barbara, the family asks in lieu of flowers that charitable donations be made
to The Gifted Tree or to the Shawn C. Morse RVRHS Art Memorial, Scholarship Fund through
