Obituary for Dolores R Guyer (Wilson)

Dolores R. Guyer (nee-Wilson) passed away on April 8, 2023, at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly, at age 86. She was born in New Castle, Delaware. She is the daughter of the late Robert E. Wilson and Ruth Lubonski. She had been a longtime resident of Burlington Twp., NJ. She had worked and retired after 18 years as a Clerical/Administrative Assistant for Cigna in Philadelphia, Pa. Dolores was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, always watching, listening, and rooting for the Phillies and Eagles. In addition, she was a big fan of Randy Travis, also belonging to the Randy Travis Fan Club. She is a member of American Legion Post 55 in Fredericksburg, Va. She was a longtime resident of Virginia until returning home to NJ in 2017. Dolores loved crocheting, needlepointing, and drinking Pepsi.
Her husband, Paul Guyer, and her son George Raymond preceded her. Dolores is survived by her three children: Daniel Guyer (Andi), Debra Thomas (Jerry), and Joanne Kulick (Mike); Dolores has one surviving sister Barbara Wyrick of Oregon. Grandchildren: Brian Hires (Michele) and Jamie Kennedy (Scott), Joanne McNulty, Julie Miller (Bill), Sheryl Czechowski (Joe) Devon, Riley, William Guyer; Great Grandchildren: Hope Hires, Scott Buser and Kaitlyn Buser, Isabel Godwin, Olivia and Peyton Czechowski, Chloe, Maddie and Scott Kennedy Jr.; Great Great Grandchild: Jaxston Simpson; and her great grand horse Bailey.
There will be no Services. The interment will be in Brig. General William C. Doyle's Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ, at the family's convenience.
