Obituary for James R "Drew" Andrews
James R. Andrews of Tabernacle passed away suddenly April 15,2023 at his residence, at the age of 56. He was born in Mt. Holly, NJ and had been a longtime resident of Tabernacle. Drew was an avid hunter and belonged to Fast Eddies Hunting Club in Tabernacle.
He was preceded in death by his mother Esther Andrews. Drew is survived by his daughter Jamie Luciani; his longtime companion and fiancée for 20 years Denise Carpenter; his grandchildren: Alanna Barbosa (Christian) and Stevie “Murdock” Haines; and his great granddaughter Aria Barbosa. He is also survived by his siblings Josie Wright (Bob), Robert “Rebel” Andrews (Betty) and Donnie Chambers (Lisa); Uncle Mike Rouse and Aunt Brenda Maugeri; good friend and hunting buddy Gary Garrison Sr.; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Celebration gathering of Drew will be held on Thursday April 20th from 6-8PM at the Lee Funeral Home, 317 High St. Mt. Holly. Email condolences to the family at leefuneralservice.com. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made with Ed Kaelin III at the Lee Funeral Home, Mt. Holly.
