Toussaint L. Carter (12/28/1971- 1/2/2017)

Toussaint entered this life to loving parents Tommie Lee (deceased) and Laurena Carter on 12/28/1971. He was an energetic and enthusiastic person with numerous interests and a wide range of friends.

Toussaint graduated from Rancocas Valley Regional High School and Burlington County College. He transferred to Rider University and had only a few credits left before attaining his undergraduate degree. Toussaint participated in multiple extracurricular activities including the choir at Rancocas, martial arts (Black Belt) and other sports.

Toussaint had a long and satisfying career in the restaurant industry until his health made that difficult. The impact of having worked at the Chicken or the Egg enhanced his life in ways that are incalculable.

Toussaint’s out-going personality and infectious smile made him loved by everyone who was fortunate to have known him. Toussaint departed this life on January 2, 2017. He will be missed by his mom and best friend, Laurena Carter; his godmother, Elizabeth (Edward) Simmons of New York; two sisters: Stephanie (Joe) Walski of Atlanta, Tiffany (Franklin) Simmons of Orlando;; aunt, Gail Orders of Somerset; and uncle, Lawrence Morrison of Savannah. Cousins: Rodney (Vonda) Orders of Maryland; Matthew Orders of Somerset, and grandfather, Ernest Tuggle, of Atlanta. In addition, numerous family members and friends will miss Toussaint.
