There is so much I can say about this amazing girl. I met Jaimie in 2010 when her best friend and I started dating again for the second time. Amanda told Jaimie, whatever she did, do NOT let her near me, and it turns out Jaimie had my back before I even knew her because, well, that beautiful girl is now my wife. From that point on, shes continued to have my back throughout the years. Since then weve been like peas and carrots. I could always count on her huge bear hug shed give me every time we got together, and then a following insult and a punch to keep me on my toes. And when it came to talking crap, she was the queen. While everyone else would be drinking and having a good time, wed be in the cut cracking jokes and making up made up lives for all the losers that were not us. She was someone I could 100% be myself with. I could act like a complete idiot, and there she would be, cheering me on, threatening anyone who didnt. She was THE DEFINITION of best friend to all those that she loved, even though that was hard to come by. She made you work for it and pay for it if you fell behind. But to those few she let get close to her, she was one of the sweetest, most genuine, caring people Ive ever met. I know, its hard to believe. I could come to her with anything and I knew every single time shed be there to support me, or tell me I was being dumb. But I always knew it was real. Cause thats what you got with her. She was so full of life, so free, SO fierce. She was a force to be reckoned with. Even though I would give anything to watch her play with her babies again, or love my best friend the way only she could, or hear her obnoxious laugh again. I find comfort in knowing we will always have a piece of her in our hearts and she will continue to show up as her little lady bug self. I love you babe and I will continue to always have your back.
